Welcome to APPetite Solutions. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, digital products, and all services provided by APPetite Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or services.
“Client”– The individual or organisation purchasing services from Appetite Solutions.
“Services” – Any web development, app development, analytics, consultancy, or digital services provided by us.
“Deliverables” – Any digital product, design, code, documentation, or output produced as part of our Services.
“Project Agreement” – A written proposal, quote, contract, or statement of work (SOW) outlining the scope, pricing, and terms for a specific project.
“Third‑Party Services” – Any external tools, hosting, APIs, plugins, or platforms used in connection with the Services.
APPetite Solutions is a data‑driven web and app development agency based in the United Kingdom.

You agree not to:
> Use the website for unlawful purposes
> Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
> Copy or distribute website content without permission
> Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
We may suspend or restrict access at any time.
You must not use our website or services to:
> Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
> Harass, threaten, or defame others
> Interfere with the security or performance of our systems
> Engage in fraudulent or misleading activity
We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access for violations.
We provide:
> Web development
> App development
> Analytics and data integration
> UX/UI design
> Technical consultancy
All services are governed by a Project Agreement.
> Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
> Work begins only after written acceptance and any required deposit
> Changes to scope may affect pricing and timelines
> Additional work requires a revised agreement or change order
> Deliverables will be provided according to the agreed timeline
> The Client must review and test Deliverables within 7–14 days
> Acceptance is confirmed when:
> The Client approves the Deliverables, or
> The review period expires without feedback
Issues reported after acceptance may be treated as new work.
> Projects include a defined number of revision rounds
> Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges
> Major functional changes are considered new work
The Client must:
> Provide accurate information, content, and materials
> Ensure they have rights to all supplied content
> Respond to feedback requests promptly
> Maintain backups of their own data
We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete information.
10.1 Ownership of Deliverables
> Full ownership transfers to the Client upon final payment
> APPetite Solutions retains ownership of internal tools, frameworks, and reusable code libraries
10.2 Client Content
The Client retains ownership of all content they provide.
10.3 Portfolio Rights
We may display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
> Deposits may be required before work begins
> Invoices must be paid within 14 days
> Late payments may incur interest under UK law
> Work may be paused for overdue invoices
All prices are in currency stated on the Project Agreement.
Clients are responsible for:
> Ongoing subscription or licensing fees
> Compliance with third‑party terms
> Costs related to hosting, domains, APIs, or app store submissions
We are not liable for downtime or failures caused by third‑party providers.
13.1 Warranty Period
We provide a 30‑day bug‑fix warranty after project completion.
13.2 Ongoing Support
Support or maintenance beyond the warranty period requires a separate agreement.
13.3 Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
> Issues caused by third‑party updates
> Client‑made changes
> Hosting or server failures
> New feature requests
Unless explicitly included in the Project Agreement:
> The Client is responsible for hosting, backups, and security
> We are not liable for data loss, breaches, or hosting outages
If hosting is provided by us, separate hosting terms apply.
We do not guarantee backups unless included in the Project Agreement.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
We comply with UK GDPR.
Clients must ensure their own compliance when collecting or processing user data.

We may include a small attribution link in the website footer unless the Client requests its removal (which may incur a fee). We may reference the Client’s project in marketing materials.
We may subcontract parts of the project to trusted partners. We however, remain responsible for the quality of all Deliverables.
The Client agrees not to hire or solicit APPetite Solutions staff or contractors for 12 months after project completion.
The Client agrees to indemnify APPetite Solutions against claims arising from:
> Client‑provided content
> Misuse of the Deliverables
> Violations of third‑party terms
> Illegal or harmful activities conducted through the Deliverables
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
> We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, or indirect damages
> Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including, but not limited to:
> Natural disasters
> Power outages
> Internet failures
> Strikes
> War or civil unrest
Either party may terminate if the other:
> Breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach
> Becomes insolvent
Upon termination:
> The Client must pay for all work completed
> We may retain Deliverables until payment is received
We aim to resolve disputes amicably.
If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the laws of England and Wales.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms at any time.
